RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

All Sales Are Final

Thank you for supporting Piccolo Run Club! Due to the custom, pre-order nature of our merchandise, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any products purchased through our store.

Pre-Order Products

All items available in our store are made-to-order during specific order windows. Once you place your order during the designated pre-order period, your purchase is confirmed and cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

Quality Guarantee

While we cannot accept returns, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged upon pickup, please notify us immediately at the time of pickup at Piccolo Cafe (111 John Street, Toronto). We will assess the issue and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement if the defect is due to a manufacturing error.

Order Accuracy

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders placed incorrectly, including wrong sizes, colours, or quantities selected by the customer.
