Welcome to Piccolo Run Club Merch! By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. OVERVIEW

Piccolo Run Club operates an online merchandise store offering pre-order apparel and accessories. Our store is located at piccolo-run-club-merch.myshopify.com. By using our site and purchasing our products, you agree to these terms in full.

2. PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS

All products sold through our store are available on a pre-order basis during designated order windows. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Products are made-to-order and will be ready for pickup approximately 2 weeks after the order window closes
  • All sales are final with no returns, exchanges, or refunds
  • You are responsible for picking up your order at Piccolo Cafe, 111 John Street, Toronto, during our business hours

3. PRICING AND PAYMENT

  • All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but orders already placed will honor the price at the time of purchase
  • Payment is required in full at the time of order
  • We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout through Shopify Payments

4. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is cancelled, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

5. PICKUP POLICY

  • All orders must be picked up at Piccolo Cafe, 111 John Street, Toronto
  • You will receive notification when your order is ready for pickup
  • Please bring your order confirmation email when picking up
  • Unclaimed orders after 30 days from the ready-for-pickup notification may be forfeited without refund

6. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We strive to display product colours, images, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual product colours. Slight variations may occur due to the nature of vintage-washed and custom-printed apparel.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site, including but not limited to logos, designs, text, graphics, and images, is the property of Piccolo Run Club and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Piccolo Run Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

10. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. SEVERABILITY

By placing an order with Piccolo Run Club, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
